If you’re looking for a confident, healthy, purpose-bred working dog, you’re in the right place. At K9 Services Uganda we breed and raise dogs for family companionship, IGP sport, personal protection, and professional security/police/military work.
Who We Are
K9 Services Uganda is a professional working dog kennel based in Central Uganda. We produce limited litters each year and train and compete with our own dogs. They live in our home as family pets first, working dogs second. Every pup is raised underfoot and socialized daily with household noises, children, livestock, vehicles, and field work to build stable, adaptable temperaments for Ugandan environments.
Our Bloodlines
Our German Shepherds come from proven working genetics:
West German Working Lines, Former East German Working Lines DDR, Czech Working Lines, Netherlands, and South African stock.
Dogs are imported directly from Europe or are only one generation removed from top European and South African kennels. We focus on correct structure, strong nerves, and high working drive.
We do NOT breed American Showline ASL or West German high show lines. See our “Foundation Dogs” page for the kennels and stud dogs behind our program.

All breeds are selected from working bloodlines for temperament, health, and performance.
Our Puppy Program
We believe the first 8 weeks decide the adult dog. Every litter follows early neurological stimulation and our Super Dog Puppy Program for enrichment. Pups are exposed to sounds, surfaces, people, and problem-solving from day 3. The result: confident, well-adjusted dogs ready for family life or serious work.
Service Area
We serve clients across Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono, Entebbe, Jinja, Gulu, Mbarara, Mbale, Arua and all districts of Uganda, plus East Africa. Export available to other regions on request.
